After a few years away from the limelight and the Dixie Chicks, the two sisters were ready to get back into the studio with the creation of Court Yard Hounds. Amelita, out now, marks the Court Yard Hounds' second album.
I have listened to this album over and over again and it never gets old. It has something for everyone, whether you are just coming out of a relationship heartbroken, or going into a brand new one with new love or even being married with long love. Amelita could be one of my favorite songs on there. The chorus lyrics:

It takes you a different place that can help you start over. Every female needs that song she can go to that kind of motivates you to know that its ok to move on. This album creates a mood for all to enjoy. It takes you back to a time when you were at school and girls were just horrible to a guy breaking you down. The CourtYard Hounds have a come a long way from their first album. This album is amazing and I have to keep repeating this. Even if you never heard CourtYard Hounds and heard Amelita you would instantly fall in love. I recommend this album to listen to for going on roadtrips, cleaning times or just sitting on the subway on your way to work.Just leave it all, I promise you’ll
