Imagine going to an early morning meeting with your best work heels and thinking its going to be a long day sigh.... What do you do or how do you approach this without taking your shoes off after you sit. I have found a solution that not only aids but improves the feel of your feet in high heels. I had the opportunity of trying out Dr Scholls For Her High Heel Insoles and at first try to be honest it wasn't what I expected because for me, I wanted instant magic (pain free) to happen. But after wearing it through out the day I didn't even notice I was in heels. First off my shoes were tight in the front, so if your shoes aren't wide enough in the front do not expect relief from the insoles. It is meant to give your heel and ball of your feet comfort with the added gel cushion. It comes as a pair so please read on the insole which one is left and which is right.

My day experience with Dr Scholls For Her High Heel Insoles was me going to a wedding on a Friday from 1pm to 9pm and note well that it was the hottest day of the year. From the moment I put it on I had to get used to the extra gel cushion in my high heels and that was really quick and it was extremely comfortable. My heels were 6 inches and I have never worn these heels without taking them off after 2 hours of constant wear and that doesn't necessarily include walking. From the time we left the house I can tell there was a big difference in the feel. We went to the church service and my heels were still on. From 4:30 pm we were on to the reception and still my heels were on. I was able to go through the entire wedding (church service & reception) without complaining or even removing my heels.

A couple of things I would like you to remember and note when buying this. It is thin enough to be used for all heel types which includes sandal type heels, pumps and wedges. If you are unable to buy one for each pair of heels they can be used from one pair to another by easily being removed without any sticky adhesive residue or damage.
